Website Security Update Coming in November

Talcott Resolution is committed to protecting your account information. In November, we will be partnering with Microsoft to incorporate multi-factor authentication into our Annuity Service Center website login process in order to enhance our online security.

Multi-factor authentication is a security feature that adds an extra layer of protection when you access secure services online by requiring two or more unique factors to verify your identity.
|
|
On November 21, 2020, the multi-factor authentication process will be launched. If you are currently a registered user of the Annuity Service Center, you will receive an email stating that the new log in process has been implemented. At that time, we ask that you log into the Annuity Service Center to update your profile.

Once this functionality has launched, we will require a valid phone number to be entered as part of the Annuity Service Center login process. For additional security, investment professionals will also be required to provide their National Producer Number (NPN).
