Please help keep your clients’ information safe. One simple way to do so is to not share your Talcott Resolution book of business username or password with your assistants.
Why shouldn’t you share your username and password with your assistants?
1. Sharing your login credentials compromises the security of your customers’ accounts
2. Your name can be used to carry out harmful actions without your knowledge
3. If an assistant leaves their current position, you will be required to change your password
How do I give my assistant access to my book of business without giving them my username and password?
Your assistant should create their own profile on Talcott Resolution’s Annuity Service Center using the following steps:
1. Access our Annuity Service Center site at annuities.talcottresolution.com.
2. Click Register, then provide the requested information for Broker Assistant registration, including name, Social Security Number, address, email address, and phone number, along with the broker’s name and email address.
3. Once complete, the assistant will receive an email with a link to approve their request to access your book of business.
4. If your assistant should leave your employ, it is simple to remove their access by logging in with your user name and password at annuities.talcottresolution.com and select My Profile then Manage My Assistants and click the Edit Assistants button.
