Introducing our New Voice Response System
|
|
|
As of June 27, we are making it easier for you to reach the appropriate service specialist when you call our Annuity Contact Center at 800-862-7155. Rather than using touch tone menu options, you will now be able to simply tell us the reason for your call and our voice recognition system will route you appropriately. Some examples of key phrases to use include “review a client’s contract,” “withdraw money,” or “get a form.” Telling us the reason for your call rather than asking for a representative will ensure that we address your question as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Fund Action Notifications

Effective immediately, Talcott has implemented a process change involving supplement mailings to brokers. All fund action supplements will be posted to the Annuity Service Center webpage when they are mailed to clients so that you will have timely access to the information. Clients will continue to receive applicable fund action supplements in the mail.
