Clients can now sign up for status notifications
|
|
Contract owners can register for email notifications to be informed when Talcott receives their request, and they can also be provided expected processing timeframes. Your clients can log into the Annuity Service Center and navigate to “Manage Contract” to manage their notification preferences. As a reminder, you can also enroll for broker alerts by logging into the Annuity Service Center and selecting “My Profile.”

Keeping beneficiaries up to date just got easier
|
|
Eligible clients can now request beneficiary changes online, which saves time and reduces the risk of missing information. Your clients can log into the Annuity Service Center and select “Manage Contract” to find this and other transactions and changes that can be requested online. Please note that brokers are unable to request beneficiary changes on a client's behalf.

First Quarter 2023 Variable Annuity Statements Available Online
|

You can now access your clients’ first quarter 2023 variable annuity statements of account online. To view statements, login to Talcott Resolution’s Annuity Service Center using your user ID and password, or register as a new user if you do not already have access. Once you are logged in, go to “My Clients” and select the contract you would like to review, then go to the "Online Documents" tab. Or, go to “My Clients” and select the “Print Statements” tab.
