Hours of Operation Change Effective November 6, 2023
|

Our annuity contact center hours of operation recently changed. The new hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Clients can access information about their annuity, make certain contract updates, and perform certain transactions anytime by logging in to the Annuity Service Center.

Ensuring Your Clients’ Legacy
|
|
Ensuring your clients’ primary and contingent beneficiaries are up to date will help guarantee that their legacy is distributed according to their wishes. If clients know their beneficiaries are up to date, no action is required. To update their beneficiary information, clients can log in to the Annuity Service Center; many contract holders are eligible to submit a beneficiary change online.

Alternatively, clients may print, complete, sign, and fax or mail the Annuity Beneficiary Change Request form to us; this form is available online on our most commonly used annuity forms list. Our complete contact information is located on page one of the form, and the conditions of, and limitations for, beneficiary change requests are described throughout the form.

Clients Can Now Sign Up for Account Activity Alerts
|
|
Clients can sign up today for Status Notifications to be alerted when certain activity, including the processing of a Beneficiary change, occurs on their contract. Clients can log in to the Annuity Service Center and navigate to the “Manage Contract” tab to manage their notification preferences.
