Clients can sign up today for contract activity notifications

Contract activity notifications can alert clients, via email, about the status of certain transactions, such as a change of Investment Professional or Beneficiary, a partial or full surrender, annuitization, or subsequent premium payment.

Examples of instances when clients can expect to receive notifications include when their request was received and when the request is processed. We can also provide clients with expected processing timeframes. Since this feature provides almost immediate email alerts, clients can quickly notify us via telephone if they did not request such a transaction.

Clients can log into the Annuity Service Center website and navigate to “Manage Contract” to sign up for contract activity notifications and/or manage their notification preferences.

Keeping beneficiaries up to date
|
|
Eligible clients can now request beneficiary changes online, which saves time and reduces the risk of missing information. Your clients can log into the Annuity Service Center website and select “Manage Contract” to find this and other transactions and changes that can be requested online. Please note that brokers are unable to request beneficiary changes on a client's behalf.

First Quarter 2024 Variable Annuity Statements Available Online

You can now access your clients’ first quarter 2024 variable annuity statements of account online. To view statements, login to Talcott Resolution’s Annuity Service Center using your user ID and password, or register as a new user if you do not already have access. Once you are logged in, go to “My Clients” and select the contract you would like to review, then go to the "Online Documents" tab. You can also go to “My Clients” and select the “Print Statements” tab.
