2024 Holiday Operating Schedule
|

During the holiday season, the Talcott Resolution contact center will follow our normal hours of operation: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, with the following exceptions.
- The contact center will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, December 24.
- The contact center will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, and Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

Deadline For 2024 Transactions: December 31, 2024
|
|
|
|
|
For certain transactions with financial or taxable impacts to be processed in the 2024 tax year, such as Required Minimum Distribution, partial or full surrenders, annuitization, or taxable ownership changes, Talcott Resolution must receive completed forms, in good order, before 4 p.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. During this busy processing time, we ask that requests be submitted earlier in the day, whenever possible.
