Regulatory documents for clients with variable contracts are also available when logged into the Annuity Service Center on the Contract Detail tab.   IRS Forms 5498 Mailing   IRS Forms 5498 will be mailed prior to May 31, 2025. Please note, only contract holders who made a contribution to their qualified plan for the 2024 tax year will receive one of these forms. This form is not required to file a tax return.
